Please read all of these details carefully before placing your order.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

To order from CSC Racing Products, simply fill in one of the online orderforms. If you are mailing your order we only accept money orders and please note that US money orders must be international.
Standard orders will ship within 3 business day. Please include the year and body style for cage kit orders and a day time phone number where you may be reached. We also require your social security # for US customs. All information is kept strictly confidential.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Delivery by truck freight (i.e. cage kits) is from three to ten business days. The day of shipping is not included in estimated delivery times. Some remote areas may take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates only and no guarantees can be made.
All delivery addresses must be a business address. Residential deliveries by truck freight will be assessed a "home delivery" charge which CSC is not responsible for. If your address is residential, we will make every effort to ship to the nearest terminal that is convenient for pickup, or a local business you know of.
When your shipment is delivered, please check that all the packages are present and accounted for and that there is no damage to any carton or item. If anything is missing or damaged, please note the damage when signing for the goods and then phone us immediately. CSC can not be responsible for any damage that is not noted in writing on the delivery receipt.
If you don't receive your shipment within a reasonable time from ordering, please don't hesitate to call us. We can trace your shipment at any time. We will not be aware of any problem unless you notify us. If all of your order is not delivered at once, contact us immediately. Often the missing package will be delivered the next day but we will start a trace immediately.
When you receive your goods, open the boxes immediately and check the contents to the instructions checklist that applies to your order. Any missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS INFORMATION:

We do not expect to have goods returned. In the event that something needs to be returned, please get in touch with us by phone immediately. Our firm conditions for returns is as follows:

  1. No returns after 10 days of delivery and only with prior approval.
  2. Prepaid return freight and brokerage to CSC by the customer.
  3. 25% restocking charge applies.
  4. No refunds, credit to your account only.
  5. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, we will replace it as quickly as possible, at no charge to you, after inspection by the trucking company. Missing or damaged goods must be reported to CSC within 48 hours of signing for the goods. After 48 hours we are unable to replace anything.

    PRICING INFORMATION:

    All prices are subject to change without notice. If you are ordering from the website prices are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for errors in advertising.
    Items do not include freight and must have freight calculated by CSC before ordering. All freight is prepaid. We can calculate freight exactly when you phone.
    Canadian customers must have applicable taxes added.

    SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:

    We do not offer contingency awards and we do not sponsor individual racers. We believe that all of our customers deserve a quality product at a reasonable price and by doing this we are able to sponsor all of our customers.     CSC RACING PRODUCTS INC. makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, oral or written, to the purchasers. There is no warranty or merchantability made to purchasers. CSC RACING PRODUCTS INC. further excludes any implied warranty of fitness with respect to racing parts and equipment, any and all inventory, and services. No warranty or representation is made as to the products ability to protect the user from any injury or death, the user assumes that risk. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesperson of CSC RACING PRODUCTS INC. has any authority to make any statement to the contrary. CSC RACING PRODUCTS INC. disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written.
