GTX

The GTX features a front lip and rear aerodynamic spoiler and is an ideal choice for open cockpit forms of racing including formula cars, sprint cars and karting. The GTX features a venturi air exchange system that increases ventilation. As air flows over the helmet, the venturi effect increases cooling inside the helmet and prevents shield fogging by creating a vacuum to pull airflow through the helmet. The helmet's recessed side chin bar vents provide ventilation while not allowing dirt to enter into the helmet.

GP 2

The GP2 combines advanced F1 styling, full helmet ventilation and aerodynamic performance. The GP2 features a lightweight carbon / Kevlar composite shell and a high-tech energy absorbing liner system. The helmet comes pre-drilled for Hans and is certified to the Snell SA2005 standard and is approved for use with Hans. The GP2 comes with the SE3 SRV double screen visor. SNELL/FIA CMR2007 certified

KC3-CMR

In September 2008, Bell Racing Europe was the first manufacturer in the world to certify a helmet to the new CMH Standard, developed jointly by the FIA Institute and the Snell Memorial Foundation. Driver helmets were so far made for adults only and the standards used to approve them were tested on adults. Adult helmets tend to be too heavy and too big for younger drivers. The new Snell-FIA CMH standard has been scientifically developed to create helmets designed for all young racing drivers. Researchers examined and measured the human head from age six onwards and several helmet shapes and sizes were defined. It led to the creation of a Youth Helmet Standard that will soon have to be attained by all young drivers' helmets. Under CIK regulations, the Snell-FIA CMH standard (CMR) is recommended for drivers under 18 years old and will be mandatory from 01/01/2010 latest for drivers under 15 years old. This standard is for Karting use only and is not accepted for persons older than 18 years.

  We have this balaclava made especially for us. All seams are serged so there are no pressure points under you helmet. It is a light weight nomex offering excellent absorbency and fire retardance. REPLACEMENT SHIELDS

  We offer a variety of hand formed face shields for all new and existing models. Shields are available in clear, light smoke or dark smoke and Amber. Chrome visors are available in Blue, Silver and Gold. All shields come with adjustable tear-off posts.
Prices are $80. for clear or smoked and $95. for chrome.
The visors for the GP2 and the KC3 are $147. for clear or smoked and $195. for chrome.

PIVOT REPAIR KIT

  The pivot kit includes two shield pivot screws, two shield friction screws, two friction sliders, two washers, one eccentric button and one screw. We currently stock both detent and SRV but reccomend that you upgrade to an SRV system with the upgrade kit below. $10. Cdn.

The Detent to SRV Conversion Kit allows helmets originally made for Detent Shields to be converted to accept the new SRV Shields. In 2006, the majority of Bell Racing helmets were converted from a Detent Shield Mechanism to the SRV Shield Mechanism. $10. Cdn.
The Converstion kit is a washer that is applied directly to the helmet, under the shield. Once the washer is applied, the SRV shield and sliders can be used. $22. Cdn.

D-Rings, pictured on some helmets are optional and are designed to attach a single helmet restraint strap not a head and neck device.

All helmets purchased are final sale.
If the helmet does not fit properly it may be returned in its original packaging for exchange. It must be shipped back within 24 hours of delivery.
